Needed an urgent check on my car engine after the engine lights came on. Phone line was really choppy at the time so I misheard Marc thinking that he wouldn't be available till much later due to the number of clients he had for the day. After some miscommunications from my end, Marc did actually turn up about 10 minutes later but I had already started driving to a local mechanic out of my own panic.
